About This Role

We're hiring a Customer Success Manager to support our growing customer base, deliver a smooth onboarding experience, and help customers succeed with RUWT and MetaBet. You'll be the first employee solely dedicated to Customer Success, and will play a key role in shaping customer experience as we scale.

What You'll Be Doing

This role is ideal for a technically strong Customer Success professional who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping customers. You will lead onboarding, manage overall account health, and become an expert on each customer's goals and concerns. You'll also help build the foundation of our CS function, including playbooks, processes, and internal system improvements. Residence in a timezone close to US Central Time and a basic understanding of sports and gambling is strongly preferred.

  • Improve onboarding and reduce friction by establishing smooth setup and adoption
  • Ensure customers fully understand how to use MetaBet's products and features
  • Facilitate renewal preparation and confirm customers have what they need ahead of renewals
  • Create scalable CS processes to free up Sales & Ops capacity
  • Be the first point of contact for customer questions and help guide them to solutions
  • Monitor customer usage to confirm value is being realized
  • Run periodic check-ins to share best practices and feature updates
  • Track account health and flag churn risks early to the team
  • Share common themes to help improve onboarding, support, and product experience
  • Help improve customer documentation and contracts
  • Contribute to building repeatable playbooks
  • Partner with Sales for smooth post-sale handoffs and expansion opportunities
  • Support ad-hoc sales & operational tasks like CRM management
What You'll Need to Succeed
  • 5+ years experience in SaaS customer success, onboarding, or support
  • Curiosity, empathy, and strong active listening skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple customer accounts at once
  • Solid writing skills and the ability to communicate succinctly
  • Experience in adtech, affiliate, media, gaming, or sports betting. A basic understanding of sports and gambling is preferred; a love of sports is a bonus.
  • Excited to build structure and processes where they don't yet exist
  • A natural project manager who loves creating efficiencies and automation
  • A proactive self-starter, comfortable working with smaller, fast-paced teams
Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary: $80,000+ annually, commensurate with experience
